DMCA Copyright Policy

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will act expeditiously to:

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your Counter-Notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will provide a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not notify us within fourteen (14) business days that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if we receive multiple valid DMCA Notices identifying that user as the source of infringing material, or if a user submits multiple Counter-Notices that are subsequently determined to be without merit.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a repeat infringement and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent termination.

6. Misrepresentation and Abuse

Please be aware that submitting a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice that contains materially false statements may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Before submitting any notice, you should consult with a qualified legal professional to ensure that your claims are accurate and well-founded.

We reserve the right to seek damages from any party who abuses the DMCA process by submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith notices.

7. Third-Party Content

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. DMCA Notices relating to content hosted on third-party platforms must be directed to the appropriate designated agent for those platforms.
